Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account with Line Swap, developed by AKA Creations LLC, please follow the steps below. We're sorry to see you go and would appreciate any feedback you may have that could help us improve our service.

Delete Directly in the App

1. Log into the Line Swap app with your account credentials.

2. Navigate to the User Profile page.

3. Look for the option labeled "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the deletion.

This action will immediately initiate the account deletion process.

Email Request

1. Email us at support@lineswap.app from the email address associated with your account.

2. In the subject line, please write "Account Deletion Request".

3. In your email, please specify your user name and any specific data you wish to be deleted.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

Upon deletion of your account, the following data will be removed:

• Your profile information (including your name, email address, and birthdate)

• All personal settings and preferences

• Any content you have created or shared within the app

Please note, for legal and financial reasons, certain transactional records may be retained for a period as required by applicable laws but will be permanently anonymized to remove personal identifiers.
